i think its called "the devil is a woman", the woman is a devil and its about this guy on a ship and everyone is dead or something like that, and so at the end when a helioppter comes to save him, the woman devil is in the copter waiting for him. does anyone know the title or what im talking about?

I know. Maybe the Devil's Triangle. It freaked me out when I was a kid. The copter comes to rescue a dead guy in the water but the Devil goes into him and he comes alive and waves to the copter.

I don't know what movie you're describing, but "The Devil Is a Woman" is an old Marlene Dietrich film - the plot is not the one you describe

The movie is Satan's Triangle it was made in 1975 and starred Kim Novak and Doug McClure. I remember seeing it and it was pretty scary to me at the time.
