Lawn is a mess - considering sprinkler system & sod - which one? many opinions - house is in Pasco County - (Holiday) any suggestions - I don't need to be ripped off since I am ignorant on this subject. Thanx!

Depending on your climate will determine what grass to put down. Bermuda is a very good strain. St. Augustine is good for warmer climates. Do some research on the net.

Bermuda of some sort - pant from seed,-you can let it go, get lot of weeds, drought hearty, & use "rodeo" ( msma ) selective herbicide to kill all invaders & then pre emergance herbicide twice a year to stop new seeds!
