Do anyone thinks tights and heels limit the movement of a woman in work environment? The inelastic panty and the unstable heels make us taking short stride and not able to walk normally as male colleague, do you think its fair? My jobs and my beau require me to wear it, I have no choice. Although trousers is allowed but I feel weird wearing tights under it.

Women wore tights or pantyhose for years and managed to get around. I were tights and I manage to walk around and I probably walk more than most women since I don't have a car. Remember we are not males and should not act or walk like men. You might try flats for walking as there are some that are professional looking but as far as tights, buy a larger size like I do. I wear a size a in US sizing but buy a size b so that the panty is looser and I don't have to pull on them to get them to go all the way up.

I wear only comfortable clothes and shoes, and have never in my life tried to walk on high heels. I think it must be terrible. It is not fair to ask this from a woman and I think it is a wrong beauty ideal.

If your "beau" "requires" you to wear anything that is uncomfortable to you and, in the case of high heels, injurious to your health... dump the beau.... he will only get more controling and it is a clear sign of an over size ego that needs to be deflated... as to job requirements for high heels... check with an attorny...but I do not think that is legal that is leagal for them to require that ... plenty of scientific evidence of the negative effects of high heels...

You ALWAYS have a choice.

It depends if you are smart enough to make the right ones.
