i need help on tracking an order..?

i'm needing to track my order on jcp.com (jcpennys) and it asks me for an order # and billing # i know my billing # but it never gave me an order #.. what do i do now!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

the order number should have been included in your online bill. Check it again. If they didnt provide you one, contact them and they should be able to retrieve that information for you.
