well, one day i was with a friend, she wasnt feeling well so she went to another room to sit, a friend's girlfriend went to comfort her,,,, the point is that there was a mirror and i could see how the girlfriend was hugging my friend to make her feel better, the mirror was in the room's door, they looked so cute that i decided to take them a picture to show later.....

the point is that later, i found out that my friend was on her period, so now i am not sure how is she gonna react when i show her the picture.... i mean... at the moment i though it would be a nice pic because i had no idea why was she feeling bad. now that i know, i am not sure how she will react or if i should show her the picture and say "ohh look i took this picture without your permision of the day you were on your period" or something.... so...

do you girls think she will overreact if i show her the pic or you thing it is something completely normal??

I think you should show her the pic and make her day. She should be happy that you were thinking of her.

You shouldn't have taken a picture without her knowledge or permission. But since there is nothing embarassing in the picture (the girls aren't unclothed or waving tampons around), it should be all right to show it to them. Make a nice print for each of them and put it in a frame. Just say you hope they're not upset you took it when they weren't looking, but you thought it was a sweet moment, and thought they might like a picture of such a beautiful show of friendship.

If you do it with sincerity and focus on the fact you were trying to do something nice for them, they should be fine with it. They have a right to be mad that you took it without their knowledge - if they get mad, be sure to apologize and promise not to do so ever again.

Her having her period has nothing to do with anything. Definitely DON'T mention it when you give them the pictures. She may be embarassed, especially if she is younger and not used to admitting she is on the rag, but she's not going to burst into tears at seeing a picture that just happened to be taken at that time.

I must have missed something here. What is the big deal if she was on her period or not? Was she using the restroom in the photo? Does she look really bad in the picture? If no is the answer to both questions then you are not wrong about anything.
Let her see the photo but don't start saying you are sorry , and cowering down when you do so.
Don't sweat the small stuff and it is all small stuff.

I don't know how your friend will react if she sees the picture, so brace yourself if you decide to show her. If I were in your friend's shoes, I wouldn't be upset about it. A picture is a picture, depending on the picture. You didn't do anything wrong so don't worry about it too much. If she gets upset, apologize and let her know that if it's okay with her to take pictures of her without permission. Everything will work out in the long run. Best of luck.

I'd show the picture. If she gets upset over it, well, then she's very sensitive. Explain that you witnessed what you thought to be a very touching moment and you wanted to capture it.

The reason for her feeling bad has no impact on the picture. Or at least, it shouldn't.

She isn't going to say Oh my gosh you took a picture of me while I was on my period. You can't tell from looking at a picture if a girl is on her period. How old are you? Like 12 or something?

Show her the picture and tell her what you thought about it and why. She shouldn't overreact. Its not like you took a picture of a blood spot on her rear end.

Was it her first one? Jeez...let her have about 10 more and it won't matter. Taking the picture was a nice gesture, if she falls apart emotionally because it brings back bad memories then I would say she has some serious issues.

Just show her the pic and tell her you thought it came out nice. That's all. What's her period have to do with it anyway? Absolutely nothing. So there.

Never take a picture without her knowing. I'm sorry but i don't buy that you just toke it because it was cute. Destroy the picture.
