Hi
I am doing a project and need to know some items which contain salts.
E.g - Toothpaste contains sodium fluoride, Fertiliser contains Magnesium Sulphate. Things like that please. Preferably things that you can find around the home but anything will do.
Thanks x

Also, if you know the acid which the salt is made from that would be extremely helpful. Eg Sodium Chlorise is from hydrochloric acid. Thanks again !

Chlorides (like common salt) come from hydrochloric acid, sulphates (like Epsom Salts) come from sulphuric acid, nitrates (like fertiliser) come from nitric acid, carbonates (like washing soda) come from carbonic acid. There are a few to be getting on with.

You have to use your solubility rules to figure out if they are salts or not.
