download avg free addition and then run the virus scan for it, it might get rid of them all, if you are not to infected. if you do not already have a anti-virus program installed and the viruses go into your registry then you may have to reformat the computer.... good luck

talk to the laptop company and often, they have cds available to clean out the viruses.
