Symptoms of what... Being pregnant is the first thing to come to mind and if so... then NO, Not according to the MIDWESTERN culture (USA) you cannot tell if you are after only a week, meaning there would be NO symptoms, however many cultures all over the world say that they can tell IMMEDIATLY if an egg has been fertilized. So believe what you want to, modern medicine says NO, while ancient medicine might say yes.
