Women are always seeing other women who are more beautiful. Do you think, then, that we are all in a constant state of jealousy and competition ? That might be true in junior high, but then you grow beyond it (well, healthy women do). Only those who are very insecure need to compare themselves to others. As others have said, I also can appreciate beauty of any kind. I think most women just look at other women, and if they think she looks good, they may try to emulate the style, or get ideas for new looks. Oh, btw, I think most men can appreciate a beautiful woman without drooling. Ask them -- most will tell you it is just one of those fleeting thoughts... that they have anyway, something like every six seconds ;-)

I can't help but notice someone particularly beautiful, and I probably feel a tinge of admiration - but I don't spend a whole lot of time thinking about the person. I'd probably have a similar reaction to seeing an incredibly good-looking guy.

It seems to me its kind of impossible not to notice striking beauty and admire it for a minute or two, but maybe as a woman (or else as the kind of person I am) I have to switch off thinking about someone's appearance and "mentally tune-in" to other signals they may give off in order to be able to get a reading on what kind of person this is. You know - people take in all kinds of information about how someone moves, what they say, what their voice is like, how quickly they speak, what they wear, etc. as a way of knowing who they're dealing with.

i can appreciate a beautiful woman. I strive to be my most atttractive. Just because she is beautiful in her particular way , I am equally beautiful in my own way from the inside out. I have a beautiful daugher, daughter-in-law- and granddaughter. I can recognise and appreciate beauty. However I do not appreciate the ones with the thongs hanging out or thier behinds hanging out. that is just nasty.

It's not hate or jealously. There is a kind of appreciation for the way that she has put herself together, but there is also the effect of making me feel unattractive in comparison. Keep her on the other side of the room!

I think man I have to get on top of my game. I am hardly ever jealous but I do look at that woman and say she is really pretty. I know there are woman out there much prettier than me but I will still try and look MY personal best not her best.

Some girls probably feel jealous. Most women appreciate the beauty and then move on.

Unless she seems like a real dip-sh*t, then they secretly snigger.

Accept the fact that she is more beautiful, move on and continue to be you.

all these women are lying they start calling her a hoe, saying mean things about her like she probably has fake boobs. Women are really mean to other women especially if they look better than them.

Women are haters by nature.
