all my buddies are fair weather divers so i struggle to find people to dive with in the winter....
i dont mind travelling across the country to dive...

If you'd have asked this in P&S you would have had some freaky replies! If I must don a wetsuit, so you may have company for your adventures, you'd better be ready to give me some lessons in a nice warm pool before I venture under the ice! Brrrrrr!...

Sure, cross the border and come up here (north of Toronto). If you get yourself ice certed I'll show you around some wrecks. Dry suit reccomended, but you'll be ok in a 7mm two piece with hood.
I know what you mean, I can't even drag my pal that OWNS a dive shop out in winter unless it's a Blackbeards.

Travel across the country? Where do you live? We live in the Seattle area - my stepson and I just got certified, and my husband dove for years and then took even more years off. We just got drysuits. I haven't had the chance to use mine yet, but hopefully before too long I'll be a pro!
