Microsoft Word. If you go to their website they have sample templates for almost everything. All you have to do is plug in your specific information.

Try it from the soul!
Why resign through template letter or some other form.
As you specify "nice" I assume you are leaving on good terms.
Try reaching into your personality and draft a resignation letter that they know comes from you and not some website.
