First you have to be sure about what he feels about you. If he likes another girl, leave him. It'll be better for you to get hurt now dumping him than to get hurt because he will cheat on you. If he realises you're the one and most important, forget about what he said and see where you go.
Remember: never trust him completely or take him for granted cuz it'll be easier for you to get hurt.

Its normal to have "crushes" even if you're in a relationship but to a certain degree. If you think that your boyfriend is acting on this "crush" then he's probably not that into you, dump him.
Even if you love him, its better to let him go, rather than worry everytime if he's thinking of someone else or not.
If a guy really loves you, you are the most beautiful girl in his eyes.

You need to leave. Your bf should NEVER have a crush on someone other than the person he is going out with. He doesn't love you if he likes someone else. Dump him before he dumps you.

If he loves you, how can he told you that he likes another girl? It was unfair and without any consideration to you and your feelings.Leave him and look for a better person, that do not hurt your feelings

Tis a hard situation. I would say ask him if he still loves you and if he doesnt then the relationship isnt working anylonger. There are plenty more fish in the sea
