Business Attire can be defined as professional, classic clothing, modest in nature.
I worked as a recruiter for managers for years, a head-hunter if you will, I did not hire "temps", I will tell you the secret I told all my candidates, and it is the secret I used myself.
Buy a decent quality, navy blue or gray suit. The suit should be classic in styling, not trendy, and should have a skirt. Wear a button up blouse in a flattering color, wear skin colored hose and closed toe shoes/pumps and the shoes shined. Your makeup should be neutral, but you should wear it. Get to your appointment at least a half an hour early to have time to go the restroom and make sure you are presentable.
Good luck to you!

Yes.
Womens business attire needs to be a suit. I wouldn't do a contrasting blazer for an interview. Do a matching business suit in a darker color with a neutral shirt. Doesn't have to be white, but shouldn't be gaudy. Make sure if it's slacks they're not too tight, and if it's a skirt it shouldn't be shorter than knee length. (It's going to get shorter when you sit down) Good luck with your interview.

It should be. Whether it's separates or an outfit bought as one, you should be in very professional attire if you don't know the dress code up front. It can be a skirt or pants, but it should have a matching jacket. You should also make sure that if the jacket shows cleavage, you have a nice tank or cami to fill in the neckline.
In addition, no heels above 3", and make sure it's a closed toe shoe. Also, pantyhose is a must. It gives you a smoother line under your clothing, and helps the clothing to lay nicer on your body. Keep any makeup and hairstyles simple.
Smile, look them in the eye, and be yourself.
Good Luck!

Business dress in DC is very conservative. Yes, wear a dark suit or a blazer, white shirt and dark pants or a skirt. Wear stockings and closed toe shoes. Carry a briefcase or a nice leather bag that goes with your outfit. Go easy on the make-up and wear your hair in a simple style.

An old declaring is going "the better clothing she wears, the better she is taken heavily". If the journey is specialist and the skirt passes the sitting try, then through all skill, placed on it. As for the hose, if that's warm or in case you'd be fussing with all of them day, then do not placed on them. regardless of makes you tender. P.S. the sitting try is the position you placed on the skirt and sit. If the hem rises above your knee then that's too short. also do not placed on that's you eventually end up flashing the international once you're taking a seat.
