You cant convert but can embed a jpeg picture to a HTML file..... you can do it using by the windows note pad.....but I think you are not so familier with the HTML codes.....so better to use softwares like MICROSOFT FRONTPAGE, MACROMEDIA (ADOBE) DREAMWEAVER, ADOBE GO LIVE......use any of these softwares and just use the insert picture button......and hope you'll understand the upcoming processes.

A jpeg image can usually be linked to directly from an HTML site. It ends up in a folder with the same name as the HTML file, along with the other page decorations.

Upload it to a free photo hosting site....then link it to myspace with html code below

Pcitures are no longer switched over to HTML, photos are related to the cyber web internet site. HTML is the designing language. you need to use
