Of course not. Don't get caught up in all the babble the far left puts out. Not being able to read, or write proper English, however, would pose a problem for those taking the test, but that's not culture thing. We have one culture in this country, and if the culture is different in the country you came from then go back to your country of origin and take the test there. On the other hand, if you were born here and your complaining that you can't get ahead because you come from a different culture I suggest you separate your self from the "hood", and the "homies", and become part of the richest, and dynamic culture in the world. Stop blaming cultural differences on your, race, educational opportunities, geographic location, etc, etc. All these excuses are nothing but cop outs. Those pin heads in California who want to teach urbonics, or African studies, or teach classes in other languages in schools are doing a disservice to both the American society as a whole, and to the individual who is taking those classes. I read the New York Times every day, and I 've never seen an a "want" ad for someone with a degree in African studies.

Pretty much all standardized tests are biased in some way, whether racially or socioeconomically.

Of course not. They merely see if you know the answers or not. You are right or wrong.
