Has anybody had any experience with Nu-Prime windows by Season-all? I can't find any info about them.?

I have tried all of the major dealers, Google searches and I can't find anything about them anywhere. I just bought a house with them installed and they are already making me nervous. Good thing I work for a window manufacturer right :)
