You may be past the age of having children, but there is no age limit on marriages. Spiff up, put on a smile, and go out and meet people. What do you like to do?--go do it. There will be guys there or women who know guys, so don't decline invitations to talk and get to know new people.

There is a silly old line that some salesmen tell: the bee that gets the honey is not the one staying in the hive. Technically, the bees in the hive are the ones that make the honey from what the ones outside bring in, but the figure of it is, if you want to get the stuff to make honey, you've gotta go sniff some flowers. Go for it girl and good luck. (BTW, as we age, we discover the fact that men tend not to live as long as women, so the competition isn't going to get any easier as time passes, but you don't get points if you don't play the game.)

Find a singles website and start chatting, that will help you with some of the lonely feelings and who knows where that might lead. You are never past the age of getting married and never feel sorry about not getting married before after all it is better than getting married and then divorcing because you aren't right for each other. and the older you are the wiser you are and when you meet that special someone it will be forever and you will be glad that you waited for her to come into your life

Nobody is past the age of getting married. People get married at all different ages. Maybe it is just not your time. Marriage is hard work even if you are in a happy marriage it still takes work. Be patient your time will come. Nothing wrong with being single just find a hobby and do things you enjoy in life.

Nobody is past the age of marriage.

If you are feeling lonely, try joining clubs in which you have interests, to meet new people. There is a website www.meetup.com, it has tons of activities you could look up.

You could also try online dating to get back into the game.

Read a few relationship books.

However, let me say that if you are looking for someone to make you feel happy with yourself and your life then you are bound for disappointment. No one can make you truly content with yourself but you.

Well, you keep repentin'. Hopefully, whatever reason you had for not getting married was well-worth it.

(I don't really know what "past the age of marriage" means, a business associate of mine just got married for the first time, and she's 55.)
