I don't blame her. No one knows what caused her breakdown but her and her therapists. Her and her fiance sold their stories and purchased items with the money. Then she wants part of the stuff they got as a couple. It is only fair that it should be 50/50. She has done her best to stay under the radar and do what is right for herself. If I was in her shoes I'd do the same thing. I see nothing crazy about the situation.

Well... technically the story is ALL hers. She is the runaway bride. It's not the runaway bride and the groom she left. So she deserves 1/2 or in my opinion ALL of the money.
Im not saying this is a good thing.. but as crazie as she had to have been I dont think that she thought she would get money out of this, it's just the crazie world we live in. So give it to her.
Besides, if it wasn't him it would have been someone groom so it's all hers.

She got personality disorders that needs treatments. Certainly,she is having various self conflicts that needs to be resolved. The way she is behaving, looks like she got a suppressed feeling of aggression against him that is why she is creating scenes for her popularity in the hope of putting him down. She is insane! She had run away for reason of her own, lied, and all of that she still got the face to sue him. What she exactly wants from him? There could be something behind out of our understanding but what she is doing to herself is just so shameless. Anyway, with what she has done, will still anybody believe of what she has to say? Ooopppsss...maybe she is trying to create another story with the hope that anyone will get interested to buy the other chapter of their story..perhaps by million!♥

A little ***-backwards, if you ask me. She's the one who spawned a continent-wide search and FBI investigation, and cost her parents all that money.
She's damn lucky not to be taken through court to recoup the cost of the investigation, or find herself in jail for filing a false report.
Somebody needs to put a boot in her ***, and tell her to get a life.

Give her the money, then let her compensate the departments that spent thousands looking for her. She lied, obstructed justice, averted resources that could have been used for MISSING CHILDREN or something important. My question is, why is she not in jail? I saw her doing community service on the news, but... THATS IT?

Well, from the details, she is wanting 50% of proceeds for the sale of the story. I believe she has every right.

I think it is ridiculous. She just wants her name in the news and on her. I don't think she should get a dime. If anything she should have to pay him.

shes a nut case. She is the one that ran away, lied about being abducted and assulted, he took her back now she is suing HIM???? the bad thing is, she will prob win!!
