First off your aviator is the bomb. But back to comment. That is so true, because if u know what to expect from a person u can't help but to take it for what it is. Meaning: If you're dealing with a person who looks at women but doesn't mean any harm they just like to look, most people would be jealous and feel disrespected but if u know what the person does and doesn't mean any harm then u would brush it off. But it is true if u don't expect anything but them (character) then u will dodge allot of jealousy moments.

Never change your expectations, especially when it comes to a man. Have a list of qualities that you look for and stick to it. Don't make any adjustments or slight changes- STICK TO THEM!! As for jealousy.... people can be jealous of anyone, no matter what. As long as you love, respect, and accept who you are as a person, then there's nothing for you to be jealous about. It is a part of human nature. Jealousy is a waste of time and energy, not to mention way too much drama. Love and respect yourself and others will love and respect you.

Changing expectations wont do you any good if you're already a jealous guy/girl. When you're jealous it means that you feel something for the person next to you. You just can't change expectations just like that .. in a blink on eye. It takes time to get use to the changings in your life. Time heals even the deepest wounds. Be patient.

I believe that the only way to get rid of jealousy is to love and accept yourself for who you are. And that goes for everything!! If you Love yourself and know that you are a fantastic person you won't feel inadequate and therefore you won't be jealous!! It also has to do with trust you have to trust that your man really and truly Loves you against all odds!! And if you Love yourself enough you will be able to believe him when he says that he Loves you, you won't doubt him nor yourself!!
As for lowering your expectations!! No way we all are capable of anything and everything the sky is the limit and that goes for everything!!

Im not positive I know what you mean so Im going to assume I do.
We can be very hard on ourselves and its hard to measure up to the fantasy of Hollywood. If we remind ourselves that all it is is thousands/millions of dollars in surery and know were beautiful for other reasons and everyone has flaws,even if we cant see them,we'll be less jelouse of others.

no. jealousy is something that some people feel, and others don't. in my experience, if you are confident in your relationship, and trust your partner, you won't be jealous.
