it's a pain, but take them down & soak them in the tub w/ any household cleaner

i always take my blinds down and turn them down so they are closed and put a cleaner in there called oxy clean and let them soak in really hot water for at least 30 mins. then i hang them outside to dry or if the weather isn't good put them on a towel in the bathroom and rub them dry and if you have hard to remove spots take a soft brush and rub them and then you are good to hang them back up

To get them really clean you do need to take them down , put them in the tub and add a good cleaner , let them soak and then use a brush to scrub them and i always rinse then hang them out to dry.

take outside hang on nails in the wall, wash with a soft brush and hot soapy water, rinse with the hose pipe

I lay them out on the driveway so I can use a hose and a big brush I have for the car.
