If Republican voters think that Republican candidates will represent their interests better, then they should. But infringing on personal rights, expanding the debt, and bungling a war don't seem to be things Republican voters have traditionally wanted, and these things were accomplished with Republican control of both houses of Congress, the Executive branch, and the Supreme Court. Of course, if you want a party that will align itself with business interests and the Christian right, then voting Republican will probably accomplish these objectives better than voting Democrat. Perhaps it's the Republican leadership that needs to come home to the Republican party.

You can't actually believe that 4 more years of Republican reign will be a good thing. Look at their track record thus far. What we need is change. Change in both houses and in the oval office. An independent candidate is this country's best option in 2008.

If you haven't yet gotten your fill of incompetence, corruption, and extremism, by all means vote Republican! But don't expect all Republicans to join you. Your cause is lost!

I think it would help if the republican party came back to the U.S. and stop lining their own pockets and self interests

ITS TIME FOR THE RADICAL REPUBLICANS TO STOP LYING ABOUT THE DEMOCRATS AND FACE UP TO ALL THE MISDEADS THAY HAVE DONE. THEY HAVE TRIED SO HARD TO BLAME THIS FOLEY CRAP ON DEMOCRATS AND THERE IS JUST NO WAY FOR THEM TO. NOW THEY SAY OLD DENIS KNEW ABOUT THAT CRAP IN 2000 AND THAT AT LEAS 1/3 OF THE REPUBLICIANS THINK HE SHOULD RESIGN. I THINK ITS PAST TIME TO SEND THEM ALL HOME
