Personally the tops sounds cute, but I don't like to mesh browns with black. Try to wear the top but with a cute jean skirt or somethng. What is this outfit for?? Why do you need the black skirt?? Usually if your going with brown I would stick with brown shoes also. Good Luck.

That sounds like it doesn't match. The only way that it would is if the shirt has black in it. You probably could just bring out the black.
