do you have halloween shops in your area, they have tons of ideas of what you can dress up to be.
I know that while driving to work on the side streets, I drive by more than 5 people standing outside advertising their business with costumes on, it's halarious with what some people are wearing!

halloween is generally a good excuse for a woman to dress as slutty as she wants and not get labeled as such.
So dress in whatever lingerie you have around the house...ha ha
