Hi how come when I make the Text larger
on some emails I get, it cut off the
right side and with other, I can make the
text larger and it shows the whole page

Because the larger the font, less will fit on your screen. If you plan on using a large font. you may need to choose a higher screen resolution- like maybe 1280x1024 instead of 1024x768...

It depends on how the message was written - whether it is plaintext or HTML, and if HTML, how the HTML is written. Different e-mail clients compose and display messages differently.
