My house is 1700 square feet, 2 stories, and has vaulted ceilings on the second floor. I will not need the bathrooms, cupboards or the master bedroom painted. So the square footage that needs to be painted is around 1,300 square feet, but that is just the floor space, the wall square footage is obviously more.

I also need the doors and the trim painted. I will buy the supplies and paint, I just need someone to paint the interior of the house. I can prep the walls and move the furniture as needed. I prefer the laborer to apply two coats of paint, and primer is not needed.

I have a few people willing to paint my house in one weekend. One is asking for $800 and one is asking for $1,000.

What should I pay a day laborer to paint my house?

For the whole house. There's no way to get it done in one
week-end it could take them 2 coats of paint you never know but your sq feet I'd say $1500.00 & Believe me that's cheap my husband is a painter & he requires the people 2 buy the supplies he only charges for his labor.Good Luck

i in my view think of this is an unfair cost. it is exceptionally much summer season so positioned an advert interior the paper or positioned flyers on the community/nearest college or college. Get a pupil to do it.

Start him off by the hour$10.00,and let him do only one room, then see how his work is, then split the difference between the two prices
