If you are talking about kidneys. ABSOLUTELY YES.
There will be no killing or kidney stealing like in the movies. Those are all myths.
It is your body. You should be allowed to sell a kidney to someone who is going to die and wants to pay. A lot of premature deaths could be prevented.
And don't listen to people who pretend to care about poor people because they may be taken advantage of. We've been taking care of poor people for 50 years and they are still poor. They can make wise decisions if left alone.

A big NO. you would have people killing & hacking people up to get money just like taking metal to the junk yard.
