at my shop, a 40,000 ml srvc includes the following: oil change, transmission flush, coolant flush, fuel filter, new spark plugs, air filter, and new pcv valve.
we only replace the wires, cap and rotor if needed.
I'd also recommend a fuel injection service. this will clean your throttle body, intake manifold ports/passages, and your fuel injectors thus improving your gas milage and engine performance.

You should look in the Owner's Manual and see what HONDA recommends for this service interval.
All shops have a "recommended" menu of items serviced or inspected for a 30K or a 40K or a 60K etc, and not all are the same items. It is a studied application for the most required service items from most of the manufacturers. It is best to ask for a WRITTEN itemized list from the repair facility and the estimated cost for the service, then compare it with the requirements in the manual for your car.
If your car recommends service that is not a part of the itemized list of the shop, ask how much more it will cost to add it at the time of the service.
Good Luck
