UK Medical Qualification Equivalency in USA, Help????

Question

If I was to get an MBBS qualification from an accredited United Kingdom Univeristy (e.g. Kings College, University of London) would i need to gain any further qualifications or take any tests to be able to LEGALLY practise medicine and perform surgery in the USA?
