I think many... at least in the south, which is a Republican stronghold, do vote heavily on values... I know several people who vote only on the abortion issue alone... even though Republicans have done little about abortion...

No. But many people who believe 'values' are important for their candidate to have, gravitate to the republicans more. HMMM I wonder why that would be the case? Could it be because republicans stand for values more than democrats? YES. And don't try to argue differently, because the democratic analysts are fully aware of this fact.

No, I've heard about 3 arguements from republicans that aren't drowned in the party rhetoric. They'd Vote for slave labor if they party told them it was a Family Value. There's no critical analysis of the issues that I've seen from republican arguements.
