well I found it out by just browsing through yahoo, go to yahoo homepage, do a normal search on the web, then go to the top right of the screen and click on preferances and you will have various content filter options avalible to you

First, you need to figure out if the filter is on your computer or somewhere else between you and the Internet. If it's really on your computer, you need to look at the software that's installed on your computer (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs will show you a list of installed software), and disable or remove it (assuming you have the privilege to do so). If it's not on your computer, you need to talk to your network administrator or ISP.
