Always ask about the implants to be used and then do you own history check on it to make sure years down the line you don't develop problems. Also, ask about the sensitivity of your breasts after the surgery. I've heard some loose it. Also, check on the possibility of cancers developing.

make sure you see other work he's done, you don't want them to look fake.
I personally am against augmentation, but if you are going to do it, make it look natural. Don't go too big, and don't do it for a guy or because a guy is paying for it.
