I am 29 years old and have never had much of a sex drive but recently I seem to have stopped wanting sex altogether. I don't mind but my girlfriend does. What should I do?

I've never had sexual urges for men before we start going down that route.

Perhaps you should go get a blood test. My first guess would be that your testesterone levels are too low. They can treat that quite easily.

You should see your doctor, I know being young this is not a problem you would expect to have but it is necessary to talk it over with a professional.A simple blood test can tell a lot, wether it is your hormone level or diabetes...if not a physical issue it could be mental, depression and stress are huge factors in life that adversely effect sexual performance. Then again maybe your just not attracted to your girlfriend anymore, you can love someone and not want them sexually anymore.

i'm in the same boat. only a female. i've never really been that into sex. but the past year, man, i feel bad for my boyfriend. i would say that in the past year we've had sex maybe 15 times, TOPS. i just have no desire. i'm still attracted to him, i just dont have the energy and would rather fall asleep an hour earlier than staying up and having sex.

A relationship doesn't have to be about sex? Why don't u try to do something romantic! Tell her to dress in sexy lingerie or something. Also if your girl really loves you she will understand. Try to get some advice from a doctor don't be ashamed there are other people out there with the same problem.

The resons for lack of sexual appitite may be due to -
foreskin fetish-
A person who is sexually aroused by the foreskin is said to have a foreskin fetish. Like all sexual fetishes, in some cases this may interfere with normal sexual or social functioning.
Foreskin fetishism can be classified as a paraphilia, characterised by intense sexual urges involving (in this case) the male foreskin. The foreskin fetishist can be male or female.
paraphilias
Like any other sexual fetishes or paraphilias, this preference might become psychologically problematic when it develops into a strong fixation and becomes the only means of sexual arousing.Paraphilia, sexual deviation besides and in psychology and sexology, is a term that describes a family of philias that reference sexual arousal in response to sexual objects or situations which may interfere with the capacity for reciprocal affectionate sexual activity. Paraphilia is also used to imply non-mainstream sexual practices without necessarily implying dysfunction or deviance. Also, it may describe sexual feelings toward otherwise non-sexual objects. As the -philias within it have derived nouns, the noun derived which could be used to describe the collection of persons with paraphilias would be paraphile. Psychologists generally use parasexual however
Since you are of very young and in your prime age for sex, if feel you should consult a sexologist and he will give you some medication as remedial meassure.

Some medications will cause a cessation of sex drive. You might also have a hormone imbalance due to stress. At any rate, talk to your doctor.

The same thing happened to me when I was 29 (I'm 30 now). I thought it was because I got married, but things have gotten a lot better lately. Try new things.

the problem must be from your girlfriend side...
most women are not expressive in their sexual drive / urge and some of us men are too sensitive to that... so when they don't get any thing sexual their partner, their sexual urge decreases
