What type of mouthpiece shoudl i get?

I have been playing trumpet for 1 year now, and i need a new mouthpiece. I play a Bach TR300 and my current mouthpiece if for a Bach and it reads 7C on the top. What type of mouthpeice should i get, and is it okay if get and advance mouthpiece or would it be to hard for me to play? (I have braces and i play in band)
