Most permanent attraction has to do with a person's personality, strength of character, etc. Many who have lost a limb or who have been through some other such hardship have developed character, and will be thus attractive. Others have remained bitter, and so won't be attractive. Still others have slid into the dependance syndrome, which won't be attractive either. So it is not the limbs or lack of limbs that will make the difference, it will be what kind of person you are.

When I was dating I wanted to ask this particular guy out who happened to be in a wheelchair, but I never did because I thought he was way too handsome and would never go out with me. So no, more or less parts doesn't matter when it comes to attraction.
