I don't think he can, BUT who cares what he wants especially when they're the ones who can just up and leave the child and nothing happen to them. All in all at the end of the day even if he stressed that he's gonna help, and it won't be that hard, fu** that sh** because at any moment he can decide to do other wise and no consequences are done to him so GIRL from my own experience do what u gotta do for yourself, if u feel like u not ready and in aborting the baby will be giving yourself another chance at life and to make other choices for yourself then girl do what U have to do. Like i said a man aint promised to be there i don't give a fu** how much they love u and all that, do what is good for u and if he does have the ability to get a Court order then let him do it, which I'm almost sure he wont because they don't have time for sh** like that and by the time the order goes through u could have already had the abortion so do u. I'll support because i can understand how u can make mistakes but if u feel that u will be giving another chance at making better decision then go for, as long as God forgives u, fu** everybody else.

No. At this time the mother is the one who has the ultimate decision of keeping the fetus or aborting it. The father has no rights in regards to abortion, even if you are married. Sad, but true.

I have heard of men trying but not sure if they were successful. If you really want to get an abortion, which I believe is not a long drawn out proces, do it and then the man will have no options.

I believe that he could take you to court and get it turned around,...its his child too and it should be part his decision. If you dont want the child at least let it have a chance at life with one parent to love him.

prolly not becaue "its a womans choice" I guess she is the only one that matters! Not the father nor the baby. talk to a lawyer in your area to see if the father does have a choice.

I don't think you have any rights because you're talking about an unborn child that apparently isn't going to be born.
