That depends how far the cliff is from the ground. Most of these posts didn't think about that. If it is safe to jump and the cliff isn't far from the ground, then hell yeah.

Depends, because I have actually done that. We used to go out to some cliffs in Georgia and jump in the water below (about 50 ft. jump). I wouldn't do it though if it was something illegal
