There is usually a "Forgot password" link next to a login box. Click that to get reminded of your forgotten password or to reset your password.

when you sign in there will be a place on bottom of your user name and password. from there you will see forgot password and click on it that should get you to the page to set it up again and then you can change the password to something you can remember.
