RIGHTISTS: Please explain-- WHY do you hate Liberals so damn much?

Here we are, at "war" with Islamic radicalism-- a philosophy diametrically different from Liberalism-- and so many of you devote virtually all of your efforts fighting your own little war-- a hate Crusade-- against your fellow Americans! Liberals are NOT the enemy-- why do you act like they are?

Everything that makes America great and special is an expression of LIBERAL values. The Founding Fathers were Liberal. Don't believe me? Check this:

1) Conservative means adherence to the tried and true, resistance to change, a suspicion of the new and different. Agreed?

2) In 1776, monarchy was the tried and true. There was NO example of a Constitutional, representative Democracy. So if they were conservative, our Founders would have been monarchists. Giving us Democracy makes them Liberal, then and now.

What do you expect to accomplish with your Hate Crusade? Make Liberals go away? Make America a place where everyone must conform to YOUR way? THAT'S NOT FREEDOM!

there are a couple reasons and change depending on the current events . now being they hate america , most of them put so much effort into bringing america down , look at all the i hate america movies out there , farenheit 9/11 being the flagship . you might say that is free speach and you would be correct , but they are spreading propaganda with their opinions . Just think if they put all that effort into proving republicans had nothing to do with 9/11 . This has been studied over and over and clearly it was not an inside job , yet they won't admit all their effort is just wrong . Liberals are the majority of the reason the world hates america , if our own people don't approve then everyone else won't either .

also why won't they approve of giving the military the tools to fight this war . they fight for the rights of suspected terrorist - the enemy , it makes no sense . this is a crazy world , and it would be fine and dandy for everyone to get along . But sadly you have to pick sides and decide who you think the enemy is , they have cleary chosen america as the enemy

Rightists don't like Liberals for the same reasons that Liberals don't like Rightists. Different views, plain and simple. Each party is constantly trying to discredit the other. One is no worse than the other.

Many Liberals flaunt their ignorance. They are conditioned to believe lies instead of think for themselves. For example, the late Democrat Senator Byrd was a recruiter and officer in the KKK. Have you ever heard a Liberal talk about that, much less condemn him? Also, the people lynching blacks in the South and belonging to the KKK were mostly Democrats. About now, all the Liberals reading this truth are spewing venom at me for saying it. That's the way they've been conditioned. Then there is the problem of warmongers. Democrat President Roosevelt got us in WWII, Democrat President Truman got us into the Korean War, then lost it. Democrat President Kennedy got us into the Vietnam war. Democrat President Johnson used the big lie, "The Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, and caused 58,000 Americans to die, and 100s of thousand to be maimed and their lives ruined. I know about all this because I am nearly 80 years old and I served in the military for 24 years during those times. The Liberals are like cats in a litter box trying to cover up all the truth.

Everything that makes America great and special is an expression of liberal values, huh? OK, let's examine:

-- Liberals champion the rights of animals, beings that can't make the claim for themselves and therefore have NO rights, but when the discussion shifts to unborn children the mantra changes to "My body, my choice." What's wrong with this picture?

-- Liberals LOVE to whine, cry, moan and complain about the injustices and discriminatory acts done to the so-called minorities in this country, and their answer to combat it is a form of state-sanctioned discrimination that FORCES businesses to give preferential treatment to people based solely on race, creed, color or gender. What's wrong with this picture?

-- On the subject of making America a place where everyone must conform to YOUR way, refresh my memory: Which party has engaged in a no-holds-barred crusade over the past century to over-regulate guns with the ultimate aim of removing the citizens' Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms? Do you not see the fallacy of your own ideology? If you take guns away from law-abiding citizens, who's left? The criminals will be the least of your worries. Think about it: The police and the military, the two institutions at the very top of the liberal-bash list, will be the ones with the guns. Doesn't the possibility of those with the weapons rising up and declaring martial law scare you?

-- Back to making America a place where everyone must conform to YOUR way, I need another memory-refresh: Which party has campaigned endlessly to get all mention of God and Jesus Christ (now, remember, boys and girls, this country was founded by people who were FIRM BELIEVERS in God and Jesus Christ) out of schools? Which party got the Pledge of Allegience thrown out? Which party said it was unconstitutional to have a prayer before a football game -- too bad the students found a way around THAT rule, isn't it?

I could go on for hours, but the bottom line is this: Liberals ran this country for a good part of the 20th century and you don't have to look far to see the damage done to our country in the name of liberal humanism. Liberals don't want freedom of religion, they want freedom FROM religion where the individual is allowed to name himself or herself as god and therefore make everything permissible while at the same time removing all accountability. Liberals don't want to level the playing field in the world of labor, they want to control the distribution of wealth by exhorbitant taxes on the rich (which are already in place) while perpetuating a class of people who believe they are entitled to receive something for nothing (again, this is already in place).

What they are aiming for is a society where there is no God, where the government has absolute power over your livelihood, and everyone gets the same reward regardless of whether they work hard, come up with new ways to do things, or invent new products or services that people want. That is NOT America, ladies and gentlemen -- it's the former Soviet Union. That's right, communism is alive and well right here in the good ol' U.S. of A,, and it exists within the Democratic Party.

As long as there is breath in my body I will continue to point out the fallacy of liberalism. It didn't work in Russia, and it sure as heck ain't gonna happen here.

It aint that so many of us political conservatives are so far to the right. Many of us are NOT so far to the right as you Liberals think we are. The far right is a very small fringe, and I really believe that includes the Christian right...as much as Libs would like everyone to beleive that we are a party of Jerry Falwells. Most of us in the Republican Party are right smack dab in the middle of the road, our politics is in the Middle of the road, and our lifestyle is right smack dab in the middle of the Road. That puts us at odds with the Democrat party which has been hi jacked by the FAR left. One of the few middle of the road polititacians you haqve in your party has been rejected by your party forcing him to run as an independent (Joe Lieberman)..He'll win....

The hate retoric is I think pretty much been a Democrat thing for the last 6 years. Constant spew about George Bush.

Hate is not the word I would use. They are not worth hating. Liberals are destructive to this nation with their appeasements. They have such a different view of everything and it's pretty much all wrong. They back racism, illegal aliens, no defense, socialist programs, and the list can go on and on.

Only 3 thousand were kill in the twin towers and we went to Iraq and bombed them back to the stone-age and now another 2,700 American soldiers have been kill fighting in Iraq. Not only that we are killing 3,000 Iraqis a month!!!

What's Wrong with this picture, besides everything...

If some foreign force comes to our country and kills 20 thousand Americans and our government does nothing about it and even encourages that foreign force to enter our country. Then it is time for the American people to replace the government!!!!!

Hate is too strong a word. Dislike emensly works fine. What we dislike are those who claim we're close minded but when some disagrees with them your usual retort consists of insults.
