I considered myself somewhat conservative, but as each day use to go by, that view point of mine just trickled away, each time Bush opened his puppet monkey mouth, he's a stuttering idiot with no direction, all he has is his name....LAST name that is.....i will vote democrat for the next election.....i'm sick of this "republican", barf!

No his strategy is listen to the General's and do what it takes to win.
WARNING CONSERVATIVE TANGENT LOL
Fix the budget, fix education and healthcare. These 3 can be done together. Private schools cost less that public schools. Our healthcare costs more due to malpractice.
I actually went off on a tangent, since I thought you were talking about being fiscally conservative not the actual war. I'm quoting Bush on his strategy. Frankly, I have no clue to military strategies even when they're talked about.

No, it is to throw more money at Halliburton and the defense industries. Also, to enable the multinational oil companies to make more money.
Though Bush was only a twerpy cheerleader at prep school, he would have made a good quarterback because he knows how to fake. He pretends to throw all this taxpayer money at the Iraqis, but it's really intended for his friends.

The strategy in iraq is to destroy the infrastructure of a great nation and replace it with a mcdonald's - democracy in action.

All the conservatives are concerned with is power. What they forget is that one is never supposed to store their eggs in one basket. Now we have to spend billions in Iran, Syria, South Africa, Pakistan, Lebanon, North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba. Geez - when will their unrestrained spending ever stop?

It's sure to work. If we had started by dropping US currency on them instead of smart bombs they'd be lined up at McDonnalds now instead of setting roadside bombs.

It's NOT about a "war on terror" or "fighting for freedoms". It's REALLY all about THIS!...
