A standard double bed (which a 4ft 6inch mattress fits) takes a mattress 4' 6" x 6'3" which equates to approx 135cm x 190cm.
If it need to be more exact than that I believe it works out at 137.2 × 190.5cm.
The depth of the mattress will depend on the style of mattress you have so they vary in thickness.

Which dimension have you given?
Is it length?
Is metress square?
If it is so,then
other dimensions ,all 4 sides are equal.
1 feet=12 inch.
4 feet = 12*4 inch
4 feet = 48 inch.
4Ft 6 Inches
=48+6
=54 inches
=54*2.54 cms
=137.16 cms(all 4 sides.)
