They are pricier than you'd expect. We had the same problem, but tried several companies and got similar quotes, so it was just what they are charging. But watch out for the "sign now or else" type of people!

BTW, we opted for the cheaper "no hood" version at the end. Just couldn't see paying all that extra money since we only clean the gutters a few times a year and it is a ranch house.

do no longer forget, once you're in distinctive states, you will could pay FFL expenditures too (~$50 to $one hundred, relies upon on what your community FFL comes to a decision to value). you may finally end up paying extra suitable than this is properly worth. additionally, you probably did no longer say what variety of receiver (stamped, milled, ...). Romy AK's are notably cool, yet while i replace into gonna get a Romy, i might build a 922r compliant one myself. EDIT: FFL expenditures might contain the FFL in his state and the FFL on your state. it may be advantageous to renowned how plenty that's till now you bid in this AK as you're getting into right into a settlement once you place that bid.

he price will depend on where you are... I paid $900 for mine and it was right around 100 feet.. Your price sounds a bit high.. I would, if I were you.. check around.. BEST place is to ask someone who has put them on recently(IN YOUR AREA) and ask those guys to gives you a price.
