Can I use self adhesive duct insulation on cement basement walls?

think you should seal the walls and apply a wall paper type adhesive to the insulation for the best result. Good Luck.

I don't care, but you should realize it will fall off after a short time.

I guarantee.. it will NOT work.. It might work for a day or so but after that.. no work !!!
