I have been battling with this since my late teens. my skin gets dry and scaly with big and small flakes on my face. I also get some around the outline of my scalp and gets very itchy at times. I have a little of it on my chest and now some on my upper back has appeared. I have tried over the counter shampoos like Denorex, Selsum Blue, Nizoral and others with different chemicals but it only gives me temporary relief. I have gone to my doctor but they tell me that those shampoos is what is available at this time. I was wondering if anyone out there knows of an alternate approach to this problem, maybe there is a NATURAL WAY to take care of this . I will try anything..please help, it is affecting my selfsteem and to make things worse it is very embarassing!!! Please anyone outhere, doctors, dermatololgist or naturalists. Help me ..Thank you...

This is what an old dermatoligist to my husband to do and it has worked very well for him. Wash scalp with Peppermint Castile liquid soap leaving on for 5 min. rinse, wash scalp with PolyTar shampoo leaving on for 5 min., rinse, wash scalp with Head and Shoulders leaving on for 5 min., rinse and style. I know this is quite a regime, but it did work for him. I hope this helps.

A lot of ADHD symptoms will go away if you stop the sugar intake. Soda pop has 11 teaspoons per 12oz can. Take away the sugar for a week and watch the results. If they get irritable and cranky they may already be addicted to sugar. There was no such thing as ADHD 50 years ago when it was a treat to get some sugar maybe once a week. That includes; cookies, cake, pies, candy bars or just candy in general. That was when I grew up.
