if my husband of six years who had never been unfaithful before takes racey photos(still partially dressed) of my best friend without asking me if its ok first if its supose to be a gift for her boyfriend? What if he lies about it when he is caught? And when he swears nothing happened he just had "a moment of bad judgement' should I believe him?

You need to consider the source. How can you consider her your best friend? A best friend would have asked you not your husband!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Considered" by whom? What matters here is how YOU feel about the situation. This is the lamest excuse I've ever heard... If she wanted to have racey photos of her taken for her b/f she could always ask a female friend, or go to a professional photographer. Unless your husband IS a professional photographer - he's full of it. It was not a "moment" of bad judgement, it took some planning and setting up, so the "moment" excuse is not valid. They may or may not have had sex, but is this the only thing you're concerned about? Would it somehow be ok if they *didn't* have sex? I don't know, I see a bigger issue here. Jeopardizing your marriage by doing something that you KNOW would hurt your spouse is just not acceptable.

Good question. Is there a way you can find out if the boyfriend actually got these photos that where supposedly taken for him? His first mistake is he lied, which he should never have done. It definitely was a moment of REALLY bad judgment for him. The most important part of a relationship is trust. If you cannot trust him then it won't work. Give him the benefit of a doubt, but if he continues to display questionable behavior or lies about anything else you should consider reevaluating your relationship.

Post the pics or email them to me, I can tell better. Yes. If she is your friend she should have asked you to allow him to take the photos and then you could have decided yes or no. Here is a case where he has racey pics of her and neither of them told you about them until they got caught. She may not be doing your man, but they are doing something. Find out what and then decide from there.

What is his non verbal communication telling you?

Have you been intimate with him since the photo shoot? Does he do anything differently? Is he nervous when you're on the phone with your best friend?

He probably thought that you'd get jealous or start getting antsy if he mentioned the photo shoot.

I'd watch him. If there are MORE shoots going on. Raise the warning flags!!! If she's spending an unusual amount of time around your husband, seeking time from him that isn't at the same level as it was before...

Maybe something didnt go on, but it sure was in their MIND. Is not completely cheating but it is a FORM of cheating. She's supposed to be your BEST FRIEND and she should know better. He is your HUSBAND and thats just what a penis wad would do. I would talk to them both ONLY if you still want to be with him and you love him TRULY. If not, dont waste your time with either one of them.

It's hard to say which one since I dont know EXACTLY what happened but I dont think it should be a huge deal. Just give em both the cold shoulder for a couple days and someone will say something.

Im sorry and Good Luck!!

I have heard is said that "Cheating occurs the moment that you do something with someone that you would not want your partner seeing."

Mention it. If he denies it, your relationship is having major problems.

If he doesn't deny it, then it probably was just a moment of bad judgment on his part. He might not even realize that it was bad judgment. let him know how you feel about it. Let him know that you find that behavior unacceptable.

Probably, he'll say something in between these two extremes. "I didn't tell you because I knew you'd freak out." or something to that effect. Then the problem probably is not an issue of fidelity, but trust.

No he is just attracted to the photos, take some racey photo's of yourself and give them to him, and then your the object of desire.
Your jealous of photos and until he has crossed the line with a real cheating situation, it's nothing more.
always be his object of desire , and you know how to do that then your worries will diminish and then go away.

I would be mad at both of them why would she ask him do something like that and why would he do it. He should have came to you right away but he wanted to. Their both dogs and does her boyfriend or husband have the pictures. I would ask him. I would make sure she gets in just as much trouble as he does.Shes no friend. She could Have asked and the fact that he lied put icing on the cake.

If she's truly your best friend then she should have come to you first about taking pictures! Why didn't she ask you to take the pictures? Or if you could suggest someone to do it! And for
your husband not to say anything to you about being asked to take pictures like that......and then take the pictures; wow, that's terrible! I wouldn't trust either of them & something is definately up & wrong with this picture!! They both did you wrong!
