I Often enter sweepstakes. Recently I received a very official look ing letter from a place called R. O. M. which stands for Report Office Matters. They are located at 331 W. 57th St. Suite 500 in New York , NY. This letter said that they were trying to properly identify me as the known individual for the National Sweepstakes $2,000,000.00 in Monies prizes which I am eligible to be paid. They said I needed to sign the know identity certificate and send it back to them along with a twenty dollar fee and I will be provided the completed Report of Entry Directives for the monies prizes which I eligible to be paid. I would greatly appreciate your input on this matter.

THIS IS A FRAUD! They'll take your twenty and then ask for personal information and take your identity. See below. This is an offshoot of the Nigerian scam. Rule: If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true.
