It depends on what your personal style is...
Coach bags are classics and they are more sophisticated. You buy it for it's quality, durability and timelessness.
Dooney & Bourke are for the person who wants to be seen as someone who can afford a designer bag...why else would you buy a purse with the logo all over it?
Brighton handbags are somewhere in the middle.

I say dooney & bourke. Dooney mostly sells leather purses and since you say she is rough when it come to purse coach is not the best option. Also when you buy a coach purse and carry them alot the cloth on them starts to darken and you have to clean them constantly. So D & G it is!

Of the three, Coach is still considered the leader in handbag sales and design. They are a Fortune 500 company. Sales profits so far this year have reached 2.11 Billion Dollars.

Coach and D&B are O V E R! Sure, sales are high, but why on earth would you want to carry a bag that everyone else has? On top of that, look at the higher end designers. D&B does NOTHING but copy these!

Brighton is very common where I live...probably because they have more western-looking bags. Dooney is definately becoming popular, though. I think we're a little behind out here. :)

Coach for quality and prestige name,I suppose, but Brightons are so darn cute!!! They are also excellent quality. (I don't own a Dooney.)
