Who owns MGM and Motor City Casinos in Detroit?

Do the Indian Tribes own part of the casinos.

I think a Native Tribe owns at least part of the Greektown Casino, but not MGM. I don't think there needs to be a requirement for that since it was voted for by the residents of the city. I don't know much about Motor City, and I've never been there. The MGM casino is nice, but I'm sure it is actually owned by MGM.
