The country will need a total restructure as far as the govenment is concern, corruption and nepotism are just a few thats need to be changed, by who? or how? maybe a civil war or colonization will wake up the people of the philippines and maybe they will "smell the coffee". Also reeducating the citizens about politics and giving the new generation a chance to govern the country that has been oppress for 30 yrs or so. Greed, Envy and Sloth that is whats being practice at the present from the president and through out the lower branches. I should know better, I grew up seeing the ugly and dirty face of philippine politics, because I am related to a politician.
