This is going nowhere. I'll ask for something my mother used to cook, you'll do it wrong by her standards, and I'll end up doing the washing up alone while we're both sulking.

At the moment, I wouldn't mind some pad see euw with beef. Or a good steak (cooked med rare) and some mashed potatos.
