Everyone keeps saying no, but thats how i knew i was pregnant both times. That and my face breaking out. I never get heartburn, the only time i got it was when i was pregnant, and that was from beginning to end. I got heartburn when i was like 5 weeks pregnant.

Typically you do not get heartburn when you are pregnant until you about 5 or 6 months along because the baby is pressing up against your stomache.

I've had it on and off all through my pregnancy.
It usually worse in the later stages of pregnancy, when the uterus and baby are pushing your stomach upwards. But I did get a bit of it in the early stages, along with (morning) sickness (all day sickness in my case).

you usually get heart burn in the late second, early third trimester. This is because the baby is moving and pushing against your stomach and moving your organs around.
